Care Built Around the Person, Not a Package
No two people need the same care, so we do not sell fixed packages. Every arrangement begins with a free assessment carried out by our clinical team, and a written care plan built around one person, their home, their routine and what matters to them.
That plan can be as light as a short visit each morning, or as involved as a carer living in and clinical support around the clock. It changes as needs change, and there is never a long-term contract holding you to something that no longer fits.
Whatever the level, our registered nurses oversee the care we deliver. That is the thread running through every service on this page.

Not Sure Which Service You Need?
Most families who call us cannot name the service they are looking for, and they do not need to. Tell us what is happening and we will help you work out what would actually help, even if that turns out to be something we do not provide.
The assessment is free, there is no obligation and nobody will push you towards a decision on the phone.
Find the Right Care
A short enquiry rather than a full assessment form. Tell us roughly what you are looking for and we will call you to talk it through properly.
We reply within 24 hours, and the same day for urgent enquiries.
How Care Is Paid For
Care at home is funded in several ways and the route depends on the level of need and on financial circumstances. We can help you work out which applies.
Self-funding
You arrange and pay for care directly. We provide a written rate sheet before care begins, and never raise rates without at least thirty days notice.
Local authority and direct payments
Hampshire County Council may contribute after a needs and financial assessment. Direct payments let you choose your own provider.
NHS funded care
Continuing Healthcare, Funded Nursing Care and Section 117 aftercare all cover care at home where the criteria are met.
Common Questions
Will the same carer visit every time?
That is always our aim, because a strong relationship matters more than almost anything else. Where care covers many hours or spans the week, more than one carer may be needed, and we keep that team as small and consistent as we can.
Can I choose who comes into my home?
Yes. We match carefully and we involve you in the decision. If a carer is not the right fit, tell us and we will find someone who is.
Can you help with medication?
Yes. We administer medication where our care plan allows, and we can support with reminders, side effect monitoring and pre-measured packs.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can contact us directly and choose the services you want, when you want them to start.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. You can change or stop your care whenever your circumstances change, subject only to the notice terms in your care agreement.
How quickly can care start?
Often within days, and sometimes the same day for urgent needs or a late hospital discharge. Our office is staffed 24 hours, so call and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Referring a Patient or Client?
We accept referrals from ICB continuing healthcare teams, hospital discharge coordinators, social workers, GPs and case managers. We are equipped for complex and clinical packages, including those other providers have declined, and our compliance pack is available on request.
Let Us Help You Work Out the Right Care
One call, no obligation and no pressure. We will listen properly, explain the options in plain language and tell you honestly what we can and cannot do.
