What cookies are

What we use

Strictly necessary

These are needed for the site to function and cannot be switched off. They do not identify you and are not used for tracking. They cover things like remembering your cookie choice and protecting forms against automated abuse.

Analytics, only with your consent

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful, so we can improve them. These cookies are only set if you accept them. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not allow the data to be used for advertising.

If you use the postcode checker, we record the outward district, for example GU34, and whether it is inside our area. We do not record the full postcode you entered, because a full postcode is personal data and we do not need it.

What we do not use

• Advertising or retargeting cookies
• Social media tracking pixels
• Any cookie that shares your data with a third party for their own purposes

Changing your mind

You can change your cookie choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser settings. Refusing analytics cookies does not affect how the site works.

Third party content

Our contact page embeds a Google Map, which may set cookies from Google when it loads. Links to homecare.co.uk, the Care Quality Commission and our social media accounts take you to sites with their own cookie policies, which we do not control.
